Young Professional Series (YPSilon)
The series intends to facilitate contact between students of the Hertie School and outstanding young professionals from the public, private and civil sector. In an informal and interactive setting a small group of Hertie students has an opportunity to engage with the guests in an open discussion about their career choices, knowledge and experiences. A particular focus is put on linking job requirements with specialization options of the MPP programme as well as on job opportunities crossing boundaries of the public, private and civil sector. The events take place during the week, on the campus, last about 1.5 hours and are followed by a small wine reception. During the last years, YPSilon welcomed guests from e.g. Boston Consulting Group, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, German Foreign Office, American and Polish Embassies, European Council on Foreign Relations or Volkswagen.
