Prof. Mark Hallerberg, PhD unterrichtet Political Economy und Public Management an der Hertie School of Governance. Zudem forscht er an der Emory University, der University of Pittsburgh und dem Georgia Institute of Technology. Er ist Autor, Koautor und Mitherausgeber von drei Fachbüchern und schrieb mehr als 25 Artikel und Buchkapitel über Staatsfinanzierung, Steuerwettbewerb, Wechselkurse und europäische Politik. An den Universitäten in Amsterdam, Bonn, Mannheim und München war er als Gastforscher tätig.
