Executive Seminars 2011/12
Our executive seminars provide core skills in the areas of leadership, financial management, communication and in the political management at the interfaces between the public, private and the Non-profit sector. Amongst our annual course offer are seminars such as strategic management, performance management, change management, leadership, financial management, political communication, regulation and many more.
In a compact training of 2.5 days, participants deepen their management skills in a chosen area of public management. Participants are being introduced to the main academic concepts in the respective field. At the same time, practical application is a core element of the seminars. Participants work on case studies and discuss phenomena against the background of their own experience. All seminars welcome professionals from the public sector, business or the non-profit sector. They provide a unique forum for exchange and networking among participants.
Follow-up assignments are not required, but participants should reserve time to prepare for the course.
