Stakeholder Communication

1-3 March 2012

For companies and organisations, targeting stakeholders ranging from clients and customers to investors, employees, civil society representatives and suppliers is critical for sustainable profits and success. In a media society where reputation is key, knowing and catering to the specific stakeholder’s expectations is a crucial factor of competitive differentiation. This course addresses stakeholder management and communication as a holistic approach to doing business and discusses options for successfully reaching each individual stakeholder. Relationship / network management, media management and corporate social responsibility are just a few of the topics incorporated as strategic methods.
