The executive seminars provide core skills in the areas of leadership, financial management, communication, and political management at the interfaces between the public, private and the non-profit sector. Amongst our annual course offer there are seminars such as strategic management, performance management, change management, leadership, financial management, political communication, regulation, and many more.
In a compact training of 2.5 to 4 days, participants are introduced to the main academic concepts in a chosen field. Practical application is a core element of the seminars. Participants work on case studies and discuss phenomena against the background of their own experience. Due to the intersectoral and international blend of participants, the seminars provide a unique forum for mutual exchange and networking. Follow-up assignments are not required, but participants should reserve time to prepare for the course.
Details on our Executive Seminars 2013/14 (offered betwen Sept 2013 and July 2014) will be announced soon on our website. Please contact us for questions.
