Faculty & Research

A unique research agenda

An interdisciplinary focus and policy orientation distinguish the Hertie School's research agenda. Internationally recognised academics make up the core faculty. Together with extended faculty, visiting faculty, postdoctoral researchers, research associates and PhD students they cover a broad spectrum of public policy issues in their teaching and research. First-rate publications and numerous international research projects with partner institutions are further highlights of research at the Hertie School.
