

Klaus Brösamle joined the Hertie School in February 2011 as a Post-Doctoral researcher to work on careers, promotions, and incentives in government organizations. His primary research project is funded through a significant grant from the Swedish Institute for Labour Market Policy Evaluation (IFAU, Uppsala); it studies how careers, wage profiles, and the responsiveness to incentives differ between Swedish public versus private sector employees. more
