Opening of the Academic Year 2012/13 and EMPM Graduation

The Opening of the Academic Year 2012/2013 at the Hertie School of Governance took place on Friday, 7 September 2012 with a keynote by Michele Lamont, Professor  of Sociology and African and African-American Studies, Robert I. Goldman Professor of European Studies, Harvard University. The Opening included the Award Ceremony for the 2012 Graduates of the Executive Master of Public Management (EMPM), a joint programme with the University of Potsdam, and a welcome to the new Master of Public Policy (MPP) and EMPM students.
