Eka Rostomashvili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tbilisi State University and a Master of Public Administration from Ilia State University – universities in Tbilisi, Georgia. At the Hertie School, Eka focused on human-centered design principles in policymaking which range from behavioral applications and their testing to citizen empowerment the use of the citizen’s voice in service delivery. Eka’s professional experience includes government monitoring and civil society advocacy, most notably with Transparency International in Georgia. In Berlin, she contributed to outreach and communications projects at the Global Public Policy Institute and worked in advocacy and on campaigns at Transparency International.
