Professor Joseph H.H. Weiler, one of the most influential academics in the field of International and European Law, was the keynote speaker at the official opening of the academic year.
The opening included the award ceremony for the graduates of the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA), a joint programme with the University of Potsdam, and the welcoming of the new Master of Public Policy (MPP) and EMPM students.
