Online events in June

Last month, you learned about the Executive MPA programme in detail, spoke with our external funding team and chatted with some of our MPP and MIA alumni. We are pleased to continue our online event series in June with the following events:

Coffee chats and webinars

• 5 June | 4 pm CEST – Coffee chat with Beatriz Saab (MPP 2021)
  Meet current MPP student Beatriz Saab to learn more about her background and her experiences during her first year at the Hertie School.
• 10 June | 6 pm CEST – Webinar: Executive MPA – financing your studies
  With Katharine Lin from Admissions and Amina Ahmad from the External Funding team. Learn more about financial aid and scholarships offered by the Hertie School, as well as further funding opportunities for the Executive MPA programme.
• 12 June | 4 pm CEST – Coffee chat with Aditi Merchant (MIA 2021)
  Meet current MIA student Aditi Merchant to learn more about her background and her experiences during her first year at the Hertie School.
• 15 June | 4 pm CEST – Coffee chat: Scholarship for Public Servants in Brazil
  Learn more about the Scholarship for Public Servants in Brazil and the Executive MPA programme at the Hertie School, and meet two scholarship recipients.
• 17 June | 4 pm CEST – Get to know the Hertie School Security Club (HSSC)
  Attention Class of 2022: Interested in security and curious about how you can get involved on campus? Find out more about the HSSC and its members, the activities that they organise and how you can become a member when you join the Hertie School in the fall!

Thursdays with Admissions: Virtual office hours

Drop in for our virtual office hours every Thursday in the month of June between 4 and 5 pm CEST. Have a quick question or two about the MPP, MIA and Executive MPA programmes? Feel free to stop by – we’ll be there!

• 4 June | 12:30-1:30 pm CEST – #StayIn #ThinkOut discussion series: The effects of COVID-19 on Latin America
  This session will focus on the long-term implications of the pandemic for cooperation between Latin American countries. This event and discussion series are organised by the Centre for International Security.
