Ashleigh Bartlett is pursuing an Atlantis dual degree with The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. At the Maxwell School, Ashleigh fulfilled the course requirements for certificates of advanced study in security studies and post-conflict reconstruction. At the Hertie School, she is concentrating on management and organisation. Ashleigh worked with the US Department of State at the Foreign Service Institute for several years and volunteered for the International Justice Mission, an organisation dedicated to ending modern-day slavery and trafficking. Ashleigh recently completed an internship with the Pompidou Group at the Council of Europe, where she focused on the intersection of drug policy with gender.
