Bonita No attained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia. At the Hertie School, she studies public policy with a specialisation in management and organisation. She worked with the International Republican Institute (IRI) and Goethe Institute, after which she spent five years working as a project coordinator at Koh Puos (Cambodia) Investment Group Ltd, an international investment firm in Phnom Penh, before joining the Hertie School in 2016. Bonita is a recipient of a scholarship from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and was nominated for the Young Women in Public Affairs Award (YWPA) in 2009. Her policy interests revolve around corporate governance, SMEs, start-ups, foreign direct investment, industrial transformation, innovation policy, and resource management.
