Christine Heinrich holds a Master of Arts in Computational Linguistics, Computer Science and Psychology from Trier University. Her professional experience includes working in software programming and project management at a Siemens subsidiary, in IT consulting at DATAGROUP (former BGS), in departmental management at steep (former Serco) and as head of unit for the German Federal Office of Administration. Since 2016 she has been working for the German Federal Information Technology Centre as head of unit process management, requirements engineering and software design. The Executive MPA degree is, in particular, complementing and deepening her knowledge of digital government, public management, leadership and business-government relations.
