Daniela Trujillo studied psychology and industrial engineering at the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia, specialising in educational research and practice regarding peaceful relationships and bullying prevention in schools. Daniela focused on policy analysis at the Hertie School and completed a dual degree with the London School of Economics. She has experience in intervention design, implementation and evaluation, as well as data collection and quantitative analysis. As a research assistant at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, she gained experience in developing qualitative codification schemes. Daniela worked in the Colombian public sector in the areas of corruption prevention, peace construction, citizen participation, and political administration. In Berlin, she worked as a research assistant at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center.
