Ernani Kuhn has worked as a Public Policies and Government Management Specialist for the Brazilian Government since 1997. Among other public organisations, he has been in the Ministry of Finance, in the Secretariat for Economic Monitoring, and the Ministry of the Environment, in the Executive Secretariat. Now he works in the Ministry of Planning, in the Infrastructure Development Office. He has a civil engineering degree from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and has a Master in Economics of the Public Sector from the University of Brasília (UnB). His areas of expertise include regulation and antitrust analysis of the energy sector, finance and projects with international resources management, as well as public administration.
