Katharina Bella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz. With a strong interest in public management and business-government relations, she studied public policy at the Hertie School and earned a Master of Science in Economics and Management through the dual degree programme with Bocconi University. Katharina completed a Professional Year at the German Federal Ministry of Defence, where as a policy officer she contributed to the publication of a human resource strategy. Her professional experience also includes working in public sector consulting at Roland Berger, in process optimisation at the Goethe-Institut Boston and in political campaigning. While at Bocconi University, Katharina participated in multiple social innovation initiatives and was a finalist in a competition aimed at digitising the Italian public administration.
