Lucia Čizmaziová focused on policy analysis, quantitative methods and understanding illicit financial flows at the Hertie School. Before coming to Berlin, she worked for Save the Children UK as a research coordinator. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Environmental Studies at the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Recently, she worked on meta-regression analysis at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change, where she examined the impact of climate change on migration. Similarly, she conducted research on public accountability mechanisms in the Caribbean for Transparency International. Lucia is passionate about data, popularising academic research and social justice.
