Manuel Hellmanzik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. At the Hertie School, he studied public policy, focusing on management as well as digital and transport policy. His professional experience includes internships at the German Bundestag, at a public affairs consultancy and at the Berlin office of General Motors Europe. As a working student for public affairs at a mobility start-up in Berlin, Manuel deepened his practical experience in the digitisation and mobility sector. Supported by a scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), he completed an exchange semester at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Besides his studies, Manuel is active in local politics.
