Nicholas Chapman holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science and Economics from McGill University and is part of the dual degree programme with the London School of Economics. He has worked for the Press Office of the Argentine Treasury Ministry, collaborating with the treasury minister’s spokesperson and strategy director to design the ministry’s overall communication strategy. Additionally, he has worked as an advisor for the Provincial Health Ministry of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He designed the first province-wide healthcare inclusion programme for indigenous peoples. He worked closely with ministerial advisors to increase direct contact between managers and provincial residents through door-to-door strategies and electronic HR communication platforms. Nicholas also completed a Capstone Consulting Project on hospital performance modelling for NHS Improvement.
