Robert Kusche holds a Master of Arts in East European Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and an Executive Master in Public Management. Robert is interested in organisational development, innovation and capacity building and his particular areas of focus are human rights, hate crimes and democratisation. He is currently working as Managing Director of RAA Sachsen e.V., an association which supports victims of hate crimes and implements innovative educational and social projects. Robert’s professional experience includes project and personnel management, strategy development, political lobbying and organisational leadership. As a board member of the Bundesverband der Beratungsstellen für Betroffene rechter, rassistischer und antisemitischer Gewalt (VBRG), he is involved in political lobbying at the European and national level.
