Sadaf Basharat holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. She received a ‘Helmut-Schmidt-Programme’ (Public Policy and Good Governance) scholarship with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and studied public policy at the Hertie School with a specialisation in public management and environmental policy. In the past, she worked at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development in Bonn as a research fellow and external consultant. While at the Hertie School, Sadaf organised the Bridging Gaps Conference 2018 and the European Public Policy Conference 2016. Sadaf’s competencies include project management, event management and public speaking.
