Siliu Wang has a Bachelor of Arts in Legal English from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China, where she specialised in international business law. At the Hertie School, she studied public policy with a focus on comparative energy governance and business development. During her studies, she was a visiting student at Bocconi University and the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where her academic interests covered energy market analysis, social entrepreneurship and international business. Siliu is passionate about providing clean and affordable energy through partnerships with the energy industries and governments. At Siemens, she facilitated a change management project for the company’s energy portfolio, for example. Additionally, she interned at the Public Affairs Department at Shell and the Foreign Trade Administration Department in the Guangzhou government.
