Stefan Ivanović holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Politics and Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria. During his graduate studies at the Hertie School and Bocconi University (where he did an exchange), he focused on public and network governance as well as on the policy areas of development, healthcare and education. Stefan’s professional experience includes working at the European Parliament, DHL and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GiZ) in Ethiopia, with responsibilities ranging from communication and skills training to process optimisation. His area of expertise lies in operations, change and risk management, including regional affinity for the EU, Western Balkans and North America. He is also competent in philosophy, psychology and digitalisation. Stefan was recognised as the Young European of the Year 2011 by the Heinz-Schwarzkopf Foundation for his voluntary work in civil society.
