Stefan Rolfing has had a strong academic and professional focus on the role of private sector companies in developing countries as well as on general trade dynamics of emerging markets. He has completed various internships in this field in Germany and abroad, working with public as well as private institutions. During his Professional Year he worked for Accenture Strategy and gained extensive knowledge in consulting on public service institutions and improving administrative performance. He spent one semester abroad at the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies in Geneva and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Cologne. In addition, Stefan has dedicated many years to voluntary work.
