Veronika Hopfgartner has been working on impact generation and intersectoral collaboration for over 10 years. She is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the national and international arena, as well as in the non-profit environment. Her skills include research, communication, strategy and network generation, facilitation and event management in the areas of public administration and governance, environmental protection and regional development. Prior to working with Gerhard Hammerschmid, Hertie School Professor of Public and Financial Management, on the performance management system of the Austrian Federal Government, Veronika worked for the European Forum Alpbach, the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) office in Vienna and the European Academy Bolzano/Bozen. Veronika holds a Master of Business Administration from the Munich School of Management.
