Costanza Ghera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Università Roma Tre in Italy and a 1st level Master in International Relations and International Protection of Human Rights from the Italian Association for the United Nations (SIOI-UNA Italy). At the Hertie School and during her academic exchange at the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies in Geneva, she studied international affairs with a specialisation in security and sustainability. She worked as an intern at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Rome and at the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP) in Berlin.
