Dominik André holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Law from the University of Mannheim and the University of Windsor, Canada. He has also completed internships in the German Bundestag, the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the European Union in Brussels, as well as in the government relations team for the car manufacturing company Opel, during which time he gained valuable insights into the decision-making processes on the national and European level. While working for a public-sector consultancy, he was involved with different projects and evaluated EU-funded cooperation programmes. At the Hertie School, Dominik was a working student at McKinsey & Company and he is especially interested in the digital transformation of the public sector.
