Dugald Young is completing a dual degree at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and the Hertie School, where he is concentrating in international development with a regional focus on sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to this, Dugald worked for three and a half years in the economic and financial consulting practice of FTI Consulting in London and Paris. During this time, he qualified as an associate chartered accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Most recently, Dugald worked as a volunteer consultant in the agriculture sector for TechnoServe Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
