Felicia Heiß holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Politics and Economics from Zeppelin University. Her professional experience includes working at the German Bundestag, the German Embassy in London, the Federation of German Industries (BDI) in Brussels, Volkswagen AG and at Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO. In line with her interdisciplinary interests, she studied public policy at the Hertie School, specialising in public management. Apart from studying, Felicia worked as a student employee at the German Bundestag (for a Christian Democratic Union of Germany Member of Parliament). Her interdisciplinary educational and professional background allows her to understand current developments and the complexity of policymaking in a comprehensive way. In her future career, Felicia is interested in tacking public sector challenges.
