Heather Lam is pursing a dual degree with Sciences Po in Paris, focusing on energy, resources and sustainable development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Nottingham, where she did an exchange semester in Malaysia. She interned at the Environment Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Together with the sustainable development division, she assisted with public engagement exercise in the area of sustainable consumption. She also completed an internship with the charities department of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, the largest NGO and taxpayer in Hong Kong. As part of the “age-friendly city” project, she assisted in promoting the ageing-in-place framework proposed by World Health Organization in Hong Kong.
