Rina Hajdari has academic and professional experience analysing post-conflict reconstruction and international crisis management in Southeast Europe. She was an assistant researcher on the topic of Russian influence in the Balkans at the International Relations Institute in Prague. She also worked in the office of a Member of Parliament in the German Bundestag who focused on transatlantic relations. Rina’s professional experience also includes work on war crimes analysis at the Humanitarian Law Center and the United Nations Development Programme. In her future career, she hopes to provide a fresh approach to policymaking with regard to foreign affairs and conflict resolution.
