Rodrigo Jiménez Silva is very interested in policy communication and international cooperation in the energy and education sectors. He studied the Master of Public Policy at the Hertie School and was funded with Mexico’s sustainable energy scholarship. Prior to his master’s studies, he served as Liaison Officer for International Cooperation and Head of Department for North America at Mexico’s Ministry of Energy. After completing an internship at the Organisation for the Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Directorate for Education and Skills in Paris, Rodrigo joined the Education 2030 project as an external consultant for communications, social media and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and is a Young Associate of the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI).
