Till Tibbe studied public policy at the Hertie School, where he focused on the management of public organisations and the governance of climate change and sustainability. Prior to joining the Hertie School, Till completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics at the University of Bayreuth. During his Professional Year at the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety, he worked on the implementation of the German Climate Action Plan. His professional experience further includes internships at the German Bundestag and the German Development Bank KfW. At EY, Technopolis Group and Lufthansa, Till gained experience in developing and implementing digital strategies both in the public and private sector.
