Yannick Flechtner specialises in the intersection between technology and policy, having gained experience in strategy consulting on digitization for the German Ministry of Economic Affairs at Roland Berger, in government affairs at Uber and in product management in several startups. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Münster where he focussed on development cooperation through an internship with the United Nations in New York, for example. He aims to apply technological solutions to society's most pressing challenges. He was a member of the official German delegation to the G20 Youth Summit in Istanbul and of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shaper initiative, as part of the Berlin Hub. During his Master of Public Policy, he spent an exchange semester at Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
