Damián Coello holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. At the Hertie School, he studied policy analysis, focusing on statistics and renewable energy policies. His previous professional experience includes internships at the Mexican Supreme Audit Institution (ASF), the Mexican Secretariat of Economy and as a Research Assistant for the Center for Research on North America (CISAN). During his master's studies, he worked as an intern for the Cities, States and Regions team at the environmental non-profit organisation CDP. Damián is particularly interested in the topics of environmental policy, urban development and international relations.
