Dania Abu-Sharkh holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. While pursuing her degree in international affairs from the Hertie School, Dania focused on minority rights, climate policy, sustainable development and community-based governance initiatives. Throughout her degree, she has expanded her professional experience in research and policy analysis in various non-profits and think tanks. Working in the field of climate research and advocacy, she completed an internship at CDP alongside her studies. She also interned at the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin. Dania is particularly interested in how civil society can contribute to development and sustainability.
