Dominik Rehbaum holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Maastricht University, where he specialised in European law and international relations. At the Hertie School, he studied international affairs with a continued focus on security and sustainability as well as quantitative research methods. In addition to conflict and security studies, his interests lie in contentious politics, technology and comparative politics. Dominik’s professional experience includes working on European Union (EU) politics and civil society dialogue as a Seminar Assistant for a political foundation in Brussels and interning at the office of the German Minister of State for Europe. During his studies, Dominik worked at the Research Division EU/Europe at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and volunteered as a Deputy Editor-in-Chief for the Governance Post.
