Jacques Delors Institut – Berlin one of the world’s top 25 new think tanks

The Institute jointly run by Hertie School ranked at the top of newly founded think tanks from a pool of over 6,500.

The Jacques Delors Institut – Berlin has been ranked in the Global Go To Think Tank Index (GGTTTI) as one of the 25 best recently founded think tanks worldwide. Furthermore, it was placed at 78 on the ranking of the best think tanks in Western Europe.

The Jacques Delors Institut – Berlin is a joint project by the Hertie School and Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute in Paris. It was established in early 2014 as a research-based think tank with the objective to contribute to a better policy debate on Europe in Germany. It is directed by Henrik Enderlein, who is Professor of Political Economy at the Hertie School.

The GGTTTI compared over 6,500 Think Tanks worldwide, about 1,200 of them from Western Europe. Over 20,000 academics, politicians and journalists were involved in setting up the ranking.
