Professional Perspectives Networking Event: Development

Join us for an evening with the Hertie International Development Network and hear from alumni directly about their experience with careers in development.

The GIZ is one of the top employers of Hertie graduates in Germany and worldwide. Other graduates move on to pursue their interest in international development with a career at the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank or the UNDP. Are you interested in learning more about career paths in the field of development cooperation?

Our panelists are:

Fatima-Zohra is a Partnership Officer at the UN International Fund for Agricultural Development in Rome (UNIFAD). Her role is to mobilize resources to invest in rural people and small farmers in developing countries with a particular emphasis on rural youth employment. Prior to joining UNIFAD, Fatima-Zohra worked for LinkedIn, Facebook, OECD, and GIZ.

Oriana Angelucci is an MPP alumn from HSoG working as Business Translator in Prometeia's Data Science Business line. Her main areas of expertise are food and nutrition security, international development, sustainability and international governance. She previously worked in projects with Oxfam, UNICEF, UNDP, Mercy Corps, Save the Children and had a direct experience with UNESCO and United Nations ESCAP.

Drinks and snacks will be provided.

This event is a cooperation between the Hertie International Development Network (HIND) and Career Development.

Please commit to your registration and cancel in time if you can't make it so we can order the catering accordingly.
