We are excited to invite you to the upcoming edition of the lunch talk series “Hertie alumni off-the-record”, a series of events that we have developed in close cooperation with alumni of the Berlin Chapter. Four times a year you are invited to join off-the-record talks by high-profile speakers in key positions who will share their expertise and background information on current topics under the Chatham House Rule.
In light of the upcoming German Federal elections, all lunch talks this year will be dedicated to the topic of campaigning. To start off, we are very excited to welcome Juri Schnöller, co-founder and CEO of Cosmonauts & Kings, to join us for the first session on Trends in digital campaigning on 21 April from 1 - 2 pm (CEST) on Microsoft Teams. Adrian Sonder, EMPA alum and Berlin Chapter Lead, will be moderating the session.
Juri Schnöller is co-founder and CEO of Cosmonauts & Kings, the first start-up for data-driven digital political communication in Germany with the mission to lead politics and democracy into the digital age. He has previously led the Berlin office of Campaigning Bureau and has worked in various positions and interfaces in the digital campaigns of Angela Merkel, Jean-Claude Juncker and Barack Obama.
Adrian Sonder is the Head of Office of the CDU Secretary General and has previously gained many years of experience working in the German Bundestag as campaign manager and policy advisor to MP Kai Whittaker. He is an EMPA alum from the Class of 2018 and has been member of the Berlin Alumni Chapter Lead for many years.
