Women in data: Coffee chat with PhD researcher Allison Koh

Meet Allison Koh, Research Associate at the Data Science Lab.

On Tuesday, 20 April, from 5:00-6:00 pm CEST, join us online for a coffee chat with Allison Koh, a PhD researcher at the Hertie School's Centre for International Security and Research Associate at the Data Science Lab.

In her dissertation research, Allison uses computational methods to investigate the nature of state-sponsored cyberharassment and its consequences on contentious politics. In her work with the Data Science Lab, she develops training resources, consults on statistical computing, and supports the implementation of workshops. In addition to the data science skills she accrued at the Hertie School, Allison developed experience in applying quantitative methods through previous research assistantships at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, the ERC-funded "Authoritarianism 2.0" project, and the Tulane University Center for Public Service.

Please register to attend the event.

This coffee chat is part of our data science event series. The first cohort of the Master of Data Science for Public Policy will begin the programme in fall 2021.
