The Energy Policy Exchange Forum was jointly founded by the Hertie School of Governance, the Tsinghua University and the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California in 2015. The conference convened speakers from the three partner institutions as well as other scholars and stakeholders from Germany, Europe, and overseas.
