The 2016 Governance Report's country rankings compare how well countries perform on the various infrastructure indices and their underlying components. The plot can be sorted by country name or by descending value. The 'scaled by' selector scales the estimated scores and their confidence intervals by log GDP per capita, log of population, or the mean investment in inland transport as a percentage of GDP from 2004-2013.
