Registration form for external library users

External users can borrow items, and use print and licensed resources onsite. We do not offer external users interlibrary loans, fee-based eBook loans, or remote access to licensed resources. Please contact us for more information.

Please read the Library Regulations and complete the following form to register. The registration fee is 5€. There is no fee for researchers, students and staff from:

CIVICA, The European University of Social Sciences
DIW Berlin
ESMT Berlin
WZB, Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung

If you wish to borrow items and/or use licensed resources onsite, please request a library card. You will receive an email as soon as your library card is ready for collection.

Please bring one of the following to the Hertie School Library to complete your registration:

A valid identity card, OR
A valid passport with a certificate of registration from the Citizens Registration Office
