What's new? | Happy Holidays!

As this very challenging year draws to a close, we would like to take a moment to offer our heartfelt thanks for your continued support of the Hertie School and our growing community.

The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed our daily lives in ways we never could have imagined. Yet, we have achieved some incredible things together. In September, we welcomed 632 students both on campus and online; our faculty contributed research and insight on today’s most challenging topics in peer-reviewed journals, in the media and elsewhere; and we welcomed many new members to our community as we expanded our network across the globe.

As we look ahead to 2021, we are excited to celebrate the launch of the new Master of Data Science for Public Policy (MDS) and have also announced some innovative reforms to our Master of International Affairs.

For many of us, this holiday season will look very different – without Christmas markets or holiday parties, and perhaps even without celebrations involving family or close friends. I hope that you are all able to find moments of joy and happiness in this festive period, and take time to reflect on your own accomplishments and successes.

As we look ahead to a brighter new year, we look forward to all that we will do together!
