Team of human rights law experts will report on the case law of UN Human Rights Treaty Bodies as part of Oxford Reports on International Law (ORIL): International Human Rights Law Module.
Leading Cases in UN Human Rights Law research project team, Başak Çalı, Professor of International Law at the Hertie School and Co-Director of the Centre for Fundamental Rights, Alexandre Skander Galand and Aristi Volou, postdoctoral researchers at the Centre for Fundamental Rights assembled a team of twenty highly qualified human rights law experts to analyse and report on the decisions of UN Treaty Bodies as Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors of the Oxford Reports on International Law (ORIL): International Human Rights Law (IHRL) Module. The team will cover decisions delivered in individual and inter-state communications of the following UN Human Rights Treaty Bodies:
- Human Rights Committee
- Committee Against Torture
- Committee for the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women
- Committee for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
- Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
- Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
- Committee on the Rights of the Child
- Committee on Enforced Disappearances
The team of human rights law reporters will write case law analysis of UN Treaty body decisions to be published by Oxford University Press ORIL database.
