Gerhard Hammerschmid speaks on strategies to enable government digitalization in Germany

In an interview broadcasted by Berlin´s public radio, he discussed the need for modernisation and change in mentality and structures.

Gerhard Hammerschmid, Professor of Public and Financial Management and Director of the Centre for Digital Governance, was interviewed for a report on enabling government digitalization in Germany broadcasted by Berlin´s public radio Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg on 7 June 2022. He spoke about leadership, cultural change, career mobility, Human Resource Management and how government can attract digital talent.
