How the EU can turn the tables

In an op-ed for Die Zeit, Lucas Guttenberg and Piotr Buras say that the EU should not budge in the current budget dispute.

At their recent summit, EU members failed to agree on the proposed seven-year EU budget of 1.8 trillion euros. Hungary and Poland are currently blocking the passing of the EU financial package.

In an op-ed for Die Zeit, Lucas Guttenberg, Deputy Director of the Jacques Delors Centre, and Piotr Buras from the European Council on Foreign Relations, propose a way forward.
