If Le Pen becomes president, Policy Fellow Yann Wernert fears an extreme test for the Union and talks in this interview about Le Pen's proximity to the Kremlin and what it would mean for the EU if she becomes president. "Putin would definitely have an ally in the middle of Europe in Le Pen as president" says Wernert and also thinks "Le Pen would strengthen the camp of the illiberal democrats".
